what are your opening hours?

Opening hours are from 8am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday for spaces booked online.

Email us if you want to use the space outside of these hours.

Permanent members can access the space 24/7 all year round!

how do i get access?

The rear door has pincode access which will be sent to you upon booking, so easy!

Any issues, contact us and we can unlock the door remotely.

where can i park?

There is a large public carpark adjacent Gleeson Collective with ample car parking for you and your clients.

is the manager onsite?

Not always, however always available via mobile or email. Contact details in the menu above.

can i arrange tea/coffee for my meeting?

You are welcome to help yourself for tea/coffee in the kitchen when you book the meeting room. Please just wash your dishes after!

For larger boardroom meetings please select the tea/coffee option in the bookings page with a note to tell us how many people for and we will set it up for you in the boardroom.

can i cancel my booking?

Yes, we understand that things in life change from time to time. Cancellations with 24 hours notice will be given a full refund or option to re-schedule. Cancellations with under 24 hours notice will incur the full booking fee.
